Domaine Weinbach - 5 Septembre, 2011

Took a cab to Kayserberg for our 10 am appointment at Domaine Weinbach. We drove onto the property and were greeted at the Domaine by Collette, one of the owners, and brought into tasting room. Monika is tres nervous for her first tasting.




Catherine Faller, of the owners/winemakers, led our tasting which lasted an hour and half. We tasted over 15 wines, including several Grand Crus!



We tasted some amazing wines, and Monika perfected her spitting technique by the end of the tasting.

Catherine kindly offered to drive us back to Colmar! Au revoir Domaine Weinbach!
